Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling are handled for services provided by Jackals Software Solutions ("we", "our", or "us").
Service Engagements
Most of our work is delivered as professional services (e.g., SAP consulting, implementation, support, custom software delivery). Because services are scoped and delivered over time, refunds (if any) depend on the engagement type, the contract/SOW, and work already completed.
Cancellations
- Before work starts: If you cancel before any work begins, any refundable amounts will be processed after adjusting for non-recoverable costs (if applicable).
- After work starts: If work has already started, cancellation takes effect from the date we confirm cancellation in writing. Charges for work completed up to that date remain payable.
- Milestone-based projects: For milestone engagements, completed milestones are non-refundable.
Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are considered only where explicitly stated in a signed proposal, contract, or statement of work.
- Payments for time spent, delivered artifacts, configured systems, licenses, third-party services, and non-recoverable expenses are generally non-refundable.
Rescheduling
Where possible, we will accommodate rescheduling of meetings, workshops, or delivery slots with prior notice. Availability may vary based on team capacity.
How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
To request a cancellation or discuss a refund, email us with your engagement details (name, company, project reference, and reason): sowmya@jackals.ai.
Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method where feasible. Processing times depend on the payment provider and banking channels.
